Independent of rising energy prices and the concept of large wind turbines your Aircon10 S will supply electric energy directly for your own consumption. All necessary components for the efficient operation of a small wind turbine from the site-base to the aerodynamically optimized blades, including installation and commissioning, we provide independently.

From the outset, the rotor blades were designed for optimum aerodynamic efficiency, delivering maximum energy yield. The blades are made from glass fibre / epoxy resin with an inner cellular foam structure. This material has proven itself in the construction of rotor blades for over a quarter of a century and this long experience has distinguished our German supplier in terms of durability, longevity and quality in the market place.
We deliver our blades in a secure transport frame. This makes sure that each of the three rotor blades is optimally protected against damage.

High stability galvanized lattice construction towers at heights of 18/24/30m, have been specially designed for the Aircon 10 S. All drawings with including stock sizes, structural calculations and foundation drawings are available. Up to a high of 18 m the tower is foldable and can be erected without a crane. We are also happy to offer round masts and other special applications to our customers. All our masts have a climbing safety ladder with integrated guide rail for attaching a fall protection safety harness to enable safe climbing to the nacell. Our masts are manufactured by a metal fabrication company in Ostfriesland Leer.
The foundation frame serves as an anchor between the actual concrete foundation and the mast. The frame has four height adjustable feet placed on the foundation base, thus optimal vertical alignment of the wind turbine can be achieved.

The electronic control of small wind turbine is from Siemens. The individual components are housed in a weatherproof cabinet. To enable our customers a user-friendly height the cabinet is mounted on a fully galvanized frame. At the door of the cabinet is a touch display for easy menu navigation.
That case one can read the current data, such as power, energy output, wind speed, rotor speed, wind direction, nacelle alignment and generator
The Aircon 10 has all necessary electrical and mechanical safety devices, in accordance with regulations, to hold and/or stop the plant in each operating and emergency situation in a safe condition.
Both the generator and inverters are equipped with sensors for temperature monitoring. The plant control system consists of a process computer with input / output, which communicate with each other. The rotor speed, wind speed and direction, power output, vibration, the gondola position and the kabel twisting are supervised constantly evaluated.

Our generator is a gearless synchronous machine with a permanent excited axial field and toroid coil. Using this construction a variable-speed operation without a gearbox is possible. The patented generator was developed by Aircon and its performance has been improved over the years.
The advantage of this generator compared to others in the market is the outstanding strength and power density with respect to its construction volume and weight.
Conventionally constructed three-phase synchronous machines have several drawbacks. In the Aircon 10 these have been avoided by the special development and arrangement of the rotor and stator set giving:

Once the cables are laid ready for connection to the home network by your electrician and the foundation is finished to specification, our technicians will need only one more day to build your own Aircon 10 S wind turbine. The mast is erected by crane into position and bolted to the foundation frame. After the mast is secured, the crane lifts the nacelle and rotor blade assembly to the top of the mast where it is secured by bolts, after which electrical power and data cable connections are made. In the last step the cabinet and support frame are secured to the foundation base and electrical connections completed.
